We loved the spacious and large colonial-style room we had here.

Near the night market. Free toilet paper when you asked for it.
The room and bathroom were not clean nor in good condition. We asked the staff about this and they told us foreigners like it dirty because it is embarrassing for Cambodia. The toilet seat was broken, the water from the shower and basin had a strong smell to it. The air-conditioner had no control (just on/off) and was not very effective. Despite booking no-smoking rooms, we could always smell disgusting smoke from neighbouring rooms in our room and the hallway. The front of the hotel looks flash enough - a pity that the same effort does not extend to the rooms. The rooms did not look as nice as they did in the photos. Furniture was broken and the room in general was unclean.

Plentiful and exceptionally nice breakfast and lots of goodies. Incredibly comfortable and wonderful rooms in colonial style...

Thought the atmosphere in the lobby area was great. Good place to meet other backpackers.
Facilities in room were poor. Ants in room.

Homely hotel, IDEAL location helpful to lead us way to market or nearest temple and attentive staff. Good service offered, a nice size room with the airconditioning and free bottled water and aircon. Location short walk to Pub, Night market and other establishments as well as downtown and the night market.

Convenient early check-in option available and the prices are reasonable 🕒💰. the building and rooms are lovely, and each room comes with a balcony for a nice touch of outdoor space 🏞️.

Good location. The room was a good size and had wifi and a fridge.
The room was clean yet poorly maintained - there were various leaks and the curtains had been half pulled down. There is a high pressure to use the tuk-tuk drivers and you are constantly pestered when leaving your room. We sent a request for bus station pick that they offer but it was ignored.

Beautiful wooden staircase.
The rooms did not reflect what was written on the website. I arrived 1.5 hours late by bus from Phnom Penh and the room had not been kept, but the staff did arrange a room for me in another hotel, which was very unclean and basic. I moved back the following day to a room that was also very very shabby and dirty.

Good location.
My room was riddled with bed bugs, you could smell them. The bed head was totally infested. The bathroom was dirty. I am not a particularly precious traveller but it was like no effort had been put in whatsoever. When I mentioned to reception the next morning about the bed bugs and showed them my bites they didn't give a shit, not even offering me an apology. This was not a language barrier as they spoke excellent English. They understood but didn't care. Things like bedbugs happen I guess, but shitty attitudes are frustrating. I would rather sleep in the street than give those people business again.

The hotel's location is perfect, being situated near the night market, Pub Street, and other conveniences, while still remaining peaceful enough to get a good night's sleep. the rooms were comfortable and stocked with all necessary amenities, including coffee and tea supplies and even a hair dryer. the restaurant served delicious food, and the swimming pool was refreshing after a day of exploring.
There was a tourism booth nearby that should be avoided due to the high prices and poor quality of their plans.
